This item is a game module for Radica's game called UB Funkeys. It cannot be used without a UB Funkeys base that plugs into your computer via a USB port. I think the best thing about this game is that the player (young or old) must participate in some activity to earn coins that are then exchanged for goods to enhance one of three rooms that you can then share with other players through the internet. The interaction between players on the internet is very restricted, so I feel comfortable letting even my smallest children play online. To really enjoy the game you should also have access to the internet. Some of the modules allow the player to interact with other players through the internet. When signed on as an administrator you can also get updates and patches from [...] automatically. We have not purchased all of the game modules, but we are enjoying the ones that we have. Pretty Good
Well, got it from St. Nick, me and my sis divided the funkeys (I got a mummy and a dog) and share the hugewhite thingy.It's annoying that you need to have a new funkey to go somewhere new, but hey. they (radica, game maker), gotta make cash somehow.over all, works pretty good. Laptop makes downloads go faster

Fun but ...
My son wanted these funkeys and for the price I couldn't pass them up. He has entered the funkey world but many of the portals are down and the extra characters which came in the set, I am unable to download them on the computer. All the characters are cute so we don't mind just having them on a shelf.

Discontinued by Mattel, NO Win7 support, fun action figures
Mattel discontinued the website and removed the download patch to let you install the last version. My daughter Had loved the online game and also loves them as action figures!

Cool stuff
These UBFunkey's are some cool toys. Online games and plenty of fun.I am concerened about the availability of some toys. I don't understand why there are rare funkeys. Every kid who plays should be able to have the chance to play any of the funkeys. I seen a "RARE" funkey online here at Amazon that was being sold for over $50. What the world!! Why charge a kid $50 for a funkey? I think whomever makes UBFunkeys should get rid of the levels of rareness and just make them different colors. This would solve the problem of gouging kids for money on a funkey.And BTW all UBFunkeys included "rare" models can be purchased at Wal-Mart for $4.99 plus tax.I probably will not buy any more of these from the amazon retailer again

I love U.B. Funkeys, but I live in a very small town and the only thing my parents can afford is dial-up internent acess.So when I recieved my U.B. Funkeys Adventure Pack in the mail, I tryed to use them on the computer and they didn't work!!! So if you havedial-up buy and beware!

This grandma loves them!
Awesome toy/game for young and old alike! I would know. I'm a 51 year old grandmother and I'm hooked! If you look around at different stores online you can find great prices, like here on Amazon. Its worth it to spend a little more for the very rare pieces as they give you double the points when playing the games within each world or in your game room. You can use the same "very rare" Funkeys to play all of the games once you are inside the game. Note to newbies: Each Funkeys comes in three different colors, one for each of the three levels...normal, rare and very rare. So be sure to check out ubfunkeys.com before buying.

The Hidden Realm
I've already stopped playing this game (and I sorta regret stopping), but one of the many things that stand still in my mind, refusing to be kicked out of that brain of mine, are the funkeys from the hidden realm. They're by far my FAVORITE, because the games are more "competitive", and gets you "into the action". All of the funkeys from the hidden realm share one game, funkey fighters. Use the arrow keys to move, and the X and Z key to perform attacks. If you look at the bottom right and left corners, you will see a combination of directions and keys. Press these in rapid speed to perform your special move. Every character has 2 special moves.
